Mesa Airlines also maintains agreements with some business organizations which operate as its non-airline subsidiaries. These are Mesa Pilot Development, Inc., Regional Aircraft Services, Inc., MAGI Insurance, Ltd. and Ritz Hotel Management Corp. There are multi-purpose engagements of the airline with these subsidiary companies.
