American Eagle Airlines is the biggest regional airline of the world

Like American Airlines, American Eagle Airlines has also the same parent company i.e. AMR Corporation. It is, thus, the sister concern of the American Airlines. It came into being in 1984 in the United States of America. Like that of its sister concern, American Eagle also does not operate in long and far in the world but restricts its flight operations within the United States of America and some destinations in Latin America. As far as the structure and size of the airline is concerned, it is bigger than America Airlines. Presently, American Eagle Airline has 298 aircrafts and Airbuses in its fleet and it has a network of 160 destinations. The headquarters of American Eagle is situated in Fort Worth, Texas – the United States of America. Within America, it uses many airports as its main hubs. The most prominent among them are Chicago O' Hare International Airport, Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport, Lambert-St. Louis International Airport, Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport, Miami International Airport, Logan International Airport, LaGuardia Airport, and Raleigh-Durham International Airport. The most frequent destinations of American Eagle airlines are located across the USA, Canada, Mexico and the Caribbean.

The main introduction of American Eagle Airline is that it is a regional airline and does not operate inter-continental flights. Though the airline’s flight operation are limited to a comparatively smaller scale yet its performance is outstanding. American Eagle Airline enjoys the confidence of a great number of people who frequently opt for the airline for their air travel. Hence it is thought to be the biggest regional airline of the world. The success of American Eagle airline can be imagined by the number of its flights i.e. 1,800 a week and it is compatible to any international or regional airline of the world. It generates annually a revenue over $1 billion and it is again an ostensible proof of the success of American Eagle airline which is hardly comparable to any of the regional airlines of the world. It is also, like its sister concern American Airline, a member of ‘Alliance Oneworld’ and fulfills all the international standards of a passenger airline.

American Eagle airline operates a thorough website for the guidance of its customers. The website contains all the necessary information about the flight programmes of the airline. If there is any change in the already announced schedules of the flights, it is immediately displayed on the website for passengers’ information. The website also have all details about airfares and discounts available for various destinations. It can provide you information about the sort of entertainment and food the airline serves you on board. It is, therefore, necessary to have a tour of the airline website before journeying through the airline.  American Eagle airline also has promotional schemes and special discounts for its passengers. The airline’s frequent flyer programme is very popular and greatly advantageous for the passengers who very often travel by air.  Like American Airline, American Eagle also maintains ‘Member lounge Admirals Club’ which benefits its worthy customers in many respects.
